SPARKS, Nevada, US -- World Templar was incredibly shocked and saddened to learn of the senseless deaths of the good people of Norway. The membership of World Templar expresses sorrow to the families and friends for their loss during the horrific and murderous rampage by Anders Behring Breivik on July 22: a bombing of government buildings in Oslo that caused eight deaths, and a mass shooting at a youth camp of the Labour Party on the island of Utøya, where he killed 68 people and wounded 96.
The alleged acts which took the lives of innocent people has drawn great concern by the members of World Templar worldwide and has triggered a range of emotions, from being saddened to offended to angry, and then a firm sense of disassociation from any group that would wield the Templar spirit in such an irresponsible and treasonous manner.
World Templar promotes oneness between diverse people without discrimination on the basis of race, color, National origin, religion, sex, age or disability. All members are dedicated to the betterment of humandkind through seeking and protecting an open disposition with friends, colleagues, and others across the world.
It is obviously a struggle to find the right words to say in these situations, and it is these senseless acts that define the critical nature of our mission to seek oneness across all nations and cultures, and to protect the nature of goodness as it exists in the brittle state of humanity.
Again, World Templar wishes to extend sincere condolences to the good and honorable people of Norway and we will keep them in our thoughts and prayers with great passion for their loss.
